Yes. Processing results are temporary. Image results are automatically deleted after 24 hours, and media is not retained as permanent cloud storage.

How does the credit system work?
The app uses a pay-as-you-go credit system. You purchase credits and spend them per video processed. No subscription is required.

The maximum supported video length is 30 minutes per video.
Can I process videos in batch?
Yes. You can process up to 10 videos at once using the batch processing feature with consistent settings applied to all videos.
What resolution is supported?
550W Video Eraser supports video output up to 1080p resolution.
What image formats and limits are supported?
JPG, PNG, BMP, WebP, AVIF, TIFF, and SVG are supported up to 50 MB each. Select up to 20 images per batch; successful results are delivered as JPG.
How is image removal billed?
Each successfully processed image costs 10 credits. If processing or submission fails, no credits are deducted.
Which images produce the best removal results?
Semi-transparent watermarks, captions, logos, and text over a visible background work best. Large opaque marks or solid caption blocks hide more detail, so reconstruction may be less natural.
What happens with one image versus multiple images?
A single image normally returns an interactive before-and-after comparison. If it exceeds the wait time, processing continues in Recent Image Tasks. Multiple images always use the task list.
How long are uploaded images and results kept?
Source images, thumbnails, and results are temporary and automatically deleted after 24 hours. Download results before they expire.
